If my calls were not monitored and my job not dependent on those scores that is the response I would have loved to have given one of my customers today.
He seriously told me that I should "go prostitute yourself on the street corner so your company can afford to provide me with High Speed Internet".
I was actually quite flattered he thought I could bring in so much money. Though I am sure he was trying to find a polite way to call me a w****.
It sometime really baffles me how people can choose to live in a rural environment and then expect that they are entitled to the luxuries of urban society. If you want HSI then move closer to town. It is not my fault you chose to live on 20 acres and have a mule.

It was indeed touch and go, with my not responding. I seriously had to bite my tongue to keep from thanking him for the compliment. However, I am glad I restrained as I am quite sure he lacked the mental fortitude to figure out what I meant.
