Oh where to begin? First I am officially on vacation as of 4:30 PM Central time on Friday March 28, 2008. Yes, I am going to savor every second of the next 10 days! Do not get me wrong I honestly enjoy my job and am certain I could write a book about the comments and excuses that I have heard over the last, almost, 4 years, but there comes a time when burn out begins to set in and I was fast approaching. You can only be called "the spawn of satan" so many times before it begins to wear on your nerves!
Second, last night the fifth chapter of Require Your Assistance posted to TPP see link http://www.thepetulantpoetess.com/viewstory.php?sid=8871. I first started this adventure because Lady Karelia would not let me side step the issue any longer. I had posted original poetry and she kept asking..."when are you going to write a fan fic?" Then the idea just sort of blossomed one afternoon.. Heck I did not even know I had a muse other than life, which has inspired all of my original poetry. So, Require Your Assistance was born and now is growing beyond my expectations.
Third, California is less than a week away. There is still much to do to prepare, but I am looking forward to the experience and seeing my sister-in-law.
