My day is typically filled with headaches and complaints, but I have to share one thing that made me smile.

We have to enter passwords on accounts for security verification and when I ask one customer to select a password she chose......
....SEVERUS SNAPE....... I knew I would like this woman from that moment on *grins*

Well gee.... probably because it had been several days and it slipped my mind, but you did remind me about the woman I talked to today who named her son Draco! Poor kid!
