I can assure you all that flipping arse over head over the back of a couch is not a good move and should not be tried at home.
Yup, you all read correctly I was moving my couch last night and some how managed to do a somersault over the back of it.
Results: Sprained neck, back completely out of alignment and a chiropractor who I am sure is still scratching his head over this one. Oh, I forgot to mention the migraine I woke up with this morning.
I made it through 3 hours of work before I admitted defeat and called my chiropractor. Gem that he is he worked me in this afternoon and I have to go back and see him again in the morning before he will let me go back to work.
And how was your day?

*hugs gently*
I can't imagine doing that... mind you, at the moment I can't imagine moving/lifting a sofa with my arm, lol.
Hope its sorted and you feel better soon. Neck/back injuries are awful.

I agree neck and back pain is awful the sad part is that I have pretty much become accustomed to some level of discomfort. After being temporarily paralyzed as a child and being in 3 car accidents (none my fault) my back is pretty messed up to begin with... things like this only make it worse and force me to seek treatment.;)

Seriously, I hope your chiropractor is able to get everything sorted very quickly.
