My soap opera life continues. Today is the longest time I have spent in my house since I returned from the Northwest and I would rather be 30 miles away from here.
Thursday night my Eagle called and he was drunk. This is not a good thing as he is a recovering alcoholic and had been sober for over 7 years. I would love to place the blame all on the psycho bitch's shoulders, but I cannot as I knwo he is the one that bought the bottle to begin with. Granted it is the turmoil of life which she is the villian that made him want to drink. Alcoholism is a vicious incidious disease which can cripple the strongest person. When my dear Eagle called though and was asking for help there was nothing else I could do, but go to him. So, I spent my 4th of July dealing with the effects of alcohol withdrawl and praying there would be no seizures. I almost lost him in 2001 to liver failure and I was terrified to say the least. He is well and steady now. Steady enough to ask me to leave his house in fear the psycho bitch would show up and attempt to harm me. He did not care if she found out I was there, but was afraid she would try to hurt me. He did not need this worry on top of recovering from the day before so I came home to worry and catch up on fan fic to relax.
So, now I wait. I know many would call me an idiot, but he is my soul mate and I cannot walk away from him anymore than I could cut out my own heart. I just have to pray that all of this will be over soon.
