I am seriously NOT too sweet

Well, I went to the doctor to get the results of my blood work and thankfully my worst fears are not to be met. I am not diabetic, I do not have high cholesterol, my thyroid is just fine and I do not have high blood pressure but... it seems I have LOW blood sugar and my good cholesterol is not high enough (go figure). So anyone who thinks I am sweet you are soooo wrong.

Modifications to my life: 1) eat more complex carbs and protein, 2) reduce the stress in my life (yeah right) and 3) create an exercise program (they say typing does not count).

Hugs to all

Yay! I'm so glad that your doctor's report was good. Low blood sugar sucks! I have the same problem, and if it kicks in, it can ruin an otherwise beautiful day!

Re: Modifications:
1) complex carbs and proteins are fairly easy
2) reduce stress NOT so easy
3) exercise program... What? Typing doesn't count? Now THAT SUCKS!

Stay well, dear.
