I agree with dickgloucester. It is manageable. I would suppose that for the time being, you can make any adjustments that you feel would help alleviate your symptoms. However, the doctors know best, and what they say is what you should do. There isn't much you can do in the meantime, which is sad. I hope your appointment goes well and that this gets figured out.
