I am voting for good and hoping that my Eagle is finally thinking with his brain.
PB decided to pose the option of counseling to him once again on Tuesday. I am sure this is because it was one week to the day of him freezing their joint checking account. Fortunately, he did not immediately jump on the dried up twig of an Olive Branch. Instead he wrote her an email later in the day telling her that things would have to change. Her response was to once again cease communication until tonight when she sent him an inane fluffy non-substance email. Tonight when I spoke to him he finally acknowledged that he is sick of her game playing. It is about damn time! He says he is thinking and processing, at this juncture, but some of his decisions lead me to think he has decided to throw her offer of counseling back in her face. I hope I am right.
He is planning on attending a couple of college sporting events this weekend with some of his colleagues. This is a good sign. He says his reason is that he has to start building a life for himself. And I repeat "It is about damn time". I am happy to hear he is doing these things as his reasoning is he needs to learn to be happy with his life. Hmmm does this sound vaguely familiar to something I have been telling him for months no years?
This means I get a free weekend to myself. Look out house it is time you were cleaned properly!
So I say things are looking good.
