Weekend Blessed Weekend
I am sooo glad it is the weekend and I have Monday off!
I ask you is it too much to ask for basic commonsense and thought? Who tell me who looks up the number for the phone company in the phone book to ask for the number to information? Pleeease spare me from the idiots!
In addition I have decided I work with peasants. We had a potluck and I made a lovely, but simple, Salmon Pate. I even sacrificed some of my Pacific Salmon for the occassion. Do you know what they said? And I quote, "It tastes like fish." Well, duh, um could that be because it is made from fish? What is Salmon after all a cow?
On the lighter side I find myself laughing over the quandary that my egotistical, sexist, bigoted brother finds himself in... he has to choose between nominating an African American man to the office of President or a female to the office of Vice-President. Until McCain announced his running mate my brother's mind was obviously made up. Now he will actually have to think about the issues.
