Well, today brought about my eagle opening his own checking account separate from psycho bitch. For him this is a major move yet at the same time he continues to drag his feet. His latest communication to her is giving her one more chance to commit to working on the major with the proviso that a non-answer and an answer of being undecided would both be considered "no".
He is so afraid of giving in or giving up. My heart aches for him, but I understand him so well that I cannot be angry with him for his procrastination of the inevitable.
Work is being a pain in the arse. It sometimes sucks being one of the best at what you do because you are held to higher standards. In the land of incentives I have to hit 140% to goal, but one of my team mates does not even have to hit 100%. Where is the justice in that?
And so it goes...
